Looks like a typical scene from so many churches.

Not so. The caption:

ISIS has freed 22 Assyrian Christians seized in northeastern Syria in February.

Have a friend whose mother is from a predominantly Christian village in Syria.

Friend and family quietly support Assad, based on a view that no changed regime will protect Christians as they are protected now.
