Rolling Stones Good Friday

Rolling Stones in Cuba, on March 25. Thought it odd that they were playing on Good Friday, though perhaps there is an institutionally-supported message in the concert date. Religion has its place, but not a state-supported place, at least here. Atheism being such an important continuing element of Communism…no?

Rolling Stones imagery, as above, certainly didn’t dispel any sense of disparagement.

Further into the surreal (or real?), with so many in audience (the majority?) watching a live, or livered performance, through cellphone cameras.
